What is altspc?
Altspc is a small utility for MS Windows®, which takes over and extends the system (window) menu accessed by pressing the Alt and Space keys simultaneously from most windows. Once you run it, by pressing the Alt and Space keys from each active window, you can call the extended system menu.
Then, by subsequently pressing the corresponding key (v/h/1/2/3/4, etc.) indicated in the menu, you can maximize vertically/horizontally the active window or place it just in a corner.
Altspc works well in a multi-display environment. Altspc resizes the window so that it fits the width or the height of the monitor containing the window; moves the window to the corner of the monitor containing the mouse cursor. Therefore, Altspc may be used in order to retrieve an application window which disappears in the secondary monitor accidentally, as follows.
