What is Algo Breeze?

People frequently come to us asking for help with technical coding interviews. Many of us solve algorithmic coding puzzles for fun, and we’ve noticed a few things that make the process easier.

Rapid feedback. We’ve built a very fast language interpretter to take the waiting out of algorithm practice. This lets you see the results of your algo immediately. No more waiting several seconds each time you make a change. Tests rerun automatically whenever you change the code.

Advanced visualizations (coming soon). Our custom interpretter allows us to see inside your program. Rather than trying to visualize advanced datastructures in your head, you can see them in your browser. Step through your code, and see how the data structures change at each step. Whether you’re learning algorithms and data structures for the first time, or practicing for an interview, this will accelerate your process.

Explanation videos. The tools above help a lot, but sometimes the easiest way to learn is from a patient teacher. We’ve recorded whiteboard videos walking through several of these algorithms. Most problems link to a recorded explanation video. More videos are being added every day.

Simple solutions. There is a big difference between code that just works and code that is also easy to understand. We’ve written clean, easy to understand solutions for the top algorithm problems. This allows you to focus on the understanding the problem, rather than the spaghetti produced by someone in a rush.
