The Bitcoin Lightning wallet for direct payments across the globe, Bitcoin Lightning applications and passwordless logins.
Alby is a wallet to send and receive Bitcoin payments with your normal browser on the Bitcoin Lightning Network with ease.
Your payments happen directly and instantly between you and your counterpart. You can set a budget for each website to conveniently spend, but not overspend money without switching apps or looking for your payment details.
Do you already have a Bitcoin Lightning wallet? Alby lets you connect an existing Bitcoin Lightning wallet or create a new one.
With Alby passwordless logins become a reality. You can use Alby to conveniently login into websites that offer simple logins with Lightning and access applications on top of the Bitcoin Lightning Network. At the same you can use Alby to sign messages and chat on the Nostr network without sharing your private key with the website.
Alby is a browser-based wallet from the community for the community. You can always view and contribute to the source code on: https://github.com/getAlby/lightning-browser-extension
