It's become really bad, the smartphone app no longer maintained and is not working anymore.
The website become a SAAS based, and not working as expected.
best alternative is 17track which actually works.
AfterShip tracks packages from the perspective of the store -- not the customer. For example, when I tried to register an account, AfterShip asked me for my brand name and store website.
