The description here is pretty outdated it seems - when I checked this out I found a fully-featured registry editor that is super lightweight and feature-packed.
Given that this is the ONLY open-source registry editor, it was very pleasing to find a powerful and mature app in this.
Had it downloaded and performed a search-and-replace across several keys with logging to a file and exited job done within seconds.
Highly recommended.
