Great webcam server, reliably saves images/video locally or by FTP to remote site. Nice, rather altruistic app.
Unsolicited emails? Just program update info, no selling, w/ option to delete your record. Nothing sinister there!
You forgot to mention that the email contained information about a new version release.
Once you stop using AbelCam, your information will be removed from the AbelCam user database and you're not going to receive any further upgrade notices.
They send unsolicited emails which don't include an unsubscribe button. Beware.
