OpenSUSE Tumbleweed delivered three sequential Plasma 6.6 updates with numerous bug and stability fixes across KWin, Spectacle, the system tray, and Kicker. The Linux kernel advanced from 6.19.5 to 6.19.9, incorporating audio and filesystem improvements while resolving over 25 tracked security vulnerabilities. KDE Frameworks 6.24.0 introduced nanosecond-precision timestamps and a new Kirigami StyleHints API, and Mesa 26.0.2 fixed graphical issues for AMD and Intel users. Users are advised to update to all the latest packages to mitigate critical vulnerabilities and benefit from stability improvements.
