MidnightBSD 4.0.4 adds age verification, patches security flaw

MidnightBSD 4.0.4 introduces new age verification tools, with the aged daemon and agectl utility enabling account and package-level age checking. This release also fixes a critical remote code execution vulnerability in RPCSEC_GSS packet validation. Additional support is provided for the AMD CPPC driver.
