Visual Studio Code 1.110: enhanced agent plugins and persistent session memory

Visual Studio Code version 1.110 introduces support for agent plugins, enabling users to add skills, tools, and hooks from the Extensions view. New agentic browser tools allow agents to interact with user applications through the browser, while conversation plans and guidance can now persist with session memory for more complex tasks. Moreover, the update adds chat forking, an Agent Debug panel, accessibility improvements, in-chat customization creation, and Kitty graphics support in the terminal.
