Thunderbird 149.0: export address book cards & improved sync across devices

Thunderbird 149.0 introduces the ability to export selected address book cards, enabling easier contact management. Starred EWS messages now remain consistent across devices and address books are now created within the Account Hub. The update fixes numerous issues, including syncing errors, crashes, encoding bugs, and usability, alongside security and UX improvements.
