Inoreader adds shared dashboards, team filters, intelligence reports & improved sidebar
Inoreader has introduced a suite of new collaboration features geared toward teams using its web-based content and RSS feed reader. One of the most widely requested additions, shared dashboards, now allows team administrators to create customizable boards that are visible and accessible to all team members. Each dashboard can be tailored with a unique name and layout template and filled with various widgets to match the team's needs.
Following these dashboard enhancements, teams can also build shared archives by uploading files directly within Inoreader. Each uploaded file is automatically converted into an article, making documents searchable and accessible alongside standard content streams.
Complementing these workflow improvements, the user interface has moved away from its previous tab-based layout. A new sidebar now integrates all team-related links in one location to streamline access to collaborative tools.
Building on these features, the Team Intelligence plan introduces intelligence reports, which admins can produce either manually or through automatic scheduling. These reports are designed to keep all team members informed with up-to-date insights. Additionally, team filters can now be established so admins can set up duplicate or content-specific filters for entire team folders, ensuring every member views only the most relevant content.
