Sparky 8.2 updates packages, kernel, desktop environments and fixes bugs

Sparky 8.2, a quarterly update for the 'Seven Sisters' release, refreshes all packages from Debian and Sparky repositories as of February 14, 2026. The release brings Linux kernel 6.12.69-LTS and new versions of KDE Plasma, LXQt, MATE, Xfce, Openbox, LibreOffice, Firefox, and Thunderbird. A bug affecting terminal emulator launch in the Openbox edition has been fixed. ARM64 users need to reboot after the first boot to enable Wi-Fi.
