Pandoc 3.9: WebAssembly Support, PDF standards, and improved browser features

Pandoc 3.9 can now be compiled to WebAssembly, enabling use directly in web browsers along with a dedicated JavaScript bridge and a browser-based GUI. Defaults files are now supported in both JSON and YAML formats, and --extract-media can export to zip archives. This release also introduces PDF standards support via lualatex and brings several bug fixes and reader enhancements.
