Thunderbird 147.0: new folder path option & localization preferences added

Thunderbird 147.0 introduces a new 'Show Full Path' option for the folder pane in compact view modes. The release also adds the 'mail.useLocalizedFolderNames' preference, allowing users to manage special folder name localization. Numerous issues have been resolved, including bugs affecting folder compacting, search widgets, and IMAP virtual folders, as well as crashes tied to EWS and marking messages as read.
