People can't write summaries anymore? Why is the population getting lazier?
IMO thats probably the lesser thing to be concerned about. Whats far more alarming is the dwindling trust in the platform. As if the owners legal struggles were not enough to bring skeptical in Telegrams privacy, I find the development of a blockchain based baked-in AI system to be a huge betrayal to the majority userbase who preferred Telegram for its privacy features. The moment I saw his claim that it was "private" and "blockchain" at the same time, I instantly views his credibility as obliterated. RIP telegram.
