Calibre 8.10 release: configurable book list tooltips and MTP audiobook controls

Calibre 8.10 adds the ability to define custom tooltips for each column in the book list using templates, making library management more flexible. The MTP driver can now create format-specific destinations for audiobooks, and users can search shortcuts by key combination or command name in preferences. Several bug fixes and source improvements are also included in this release.
