NumeRe 1.1.7 brings new array, email, and encoding functions

NumeRe version 1.1.7 introduces new computational features, including zip() for combining arrays, getuserinfo() for retrieving user information, a mail command for SMTP emails, and base-n encoding and decoding functions. The update also brings improvements to date and string handling, UI theme, parser performance, and HTML export capabilities.
