ElevenLabs introduces Chat Mode for text-based conversational agents
ElevenLabs has launched Chat Mode, adding text-based capabilities to its Conversational Agent platform. Users can now deploy chat agents quickly using SDKs, APIs, or a single line of HTML, or enable Chat Mode on existing agents. The feature is aimed at tasks that require precise text input or cater to users who prefer typing, with the option to escalate complex issues to voice agents.
