Biome v2.2 updates operator linebreak option and promotes lint rules
Biome v2.2 releases a new formatter option allowing users to set line breaks before or after binary operators in JavaScript. Several lint rules are now promoted to stable and rule names have been standardized. The update also improves the project rule scanner, folder ignore handling, and summary violation reporting.
