Calibre 8.7 adds APNX page number support for new Kindles

Calibre 8.7 introduces support for generating APNX page number files on 2024 and newer MTP-based Kindle devices and improves author matching by ignoring "et al." suffix. The update also resolves a regression that was preventing users from configuring book transfers to devices, and restores compatibility with pre-Touch Kobo models.
