Udemy acquires Lummi to add AI-powered design tools for instructors

Udemy has acquired Lummi, a creative technology group specializing in AI-driven design tools. The acquisition gives instructors access to Lummi Pro features such as background removal, image-to-video, and advanced AI editing. Udemy is also revamping its Instructor Academy with integrated Lummi tools and updated best practices. The integration of Lummi's technology into the Udemy platform is in progress.
