ElevenLabs launches Voice Design v3 with improved quality and creative control

ElevenLabs has introduced Voice Design v3, featuring upgraded voice quality and expanded expressive controls. Users can now fine-tune voice tone, pacing, age, and other characteristics, and generate voices in over 70 languages with improved accent handling. The update is available to all users, with expanded custom voice options offered through the Starter plan.
