Delta Chat Desktop now runs in Firefox and no longer depends on Electron or Chromium

Delta Chat Desktop now runs in Firefox, removing the previous dependency on Electron or Chromium. Basic messaging, attachments, and notifications are available, but a server component is still needed because Chatmail core2 cannot yet be compiled to WebAssembly. The codebase is also more modular thanks to a new JSON-RPC API and updated runtime architecture.

The shift, made after users critized Delta Chat dependency on Google's Chromium and resource-hungry Electron, enables browser development tools, and restores automated integration testing.
