Wine 10.4 continues work on Vulkan video decoder support in WineD3D and Bluetooth driver

Wine, the compatibility layer for running Windows applications on Linux, macOS, and BSD, has released version 10.4, featuring several enhancements and bug fixes. This update continues the development of Direct3D video acceleration APIs over Vulkan video, with additional Vulkan video decode support integrated into WineD3D.

The release also advances the Bluetooth driver effort that began with Wine 10.0, reflecting ongoing work over the past few months. Accessibility improvements are included with support for the SysLink control, and PDB support within the DbgHelp debug helper has been enhanced. Additionally, Wine 10.4 addresses 28 known bugs, further refining its performance and compatibility.
