GIMP 3.0.2 addresses key bug fixes and improves Windows installer

The recent release of GIMP 3.0.2 brings numerous bug fixes, including resolving macOS and flatpak brush selection crashes and addressing UI glitches due to theme conflicts. The update also includes a temporary reversion of a tablet support patch that, while originally fixing stylus eraser detection, introduced new pressure sensitivity issues. In addition, the Windows installer has been enhanced to create system restore points and provide clean uninstall options and GEGL, the underlying library used by GIMP, has also received a bugfix update, addressing issues with Dither.
