Poe now lets users build and share AI-powered applications that use the latest AI models

Poe, a popular all-in-one AI platform, has unveiled Poe Apps, a new feature enabling users to build visual interfaces that integrate existing models on the platform with custom JavaScript logic. These apps can operate alongside chat functions or as standalone visual tools. A key advantage of Poe Apps is their integration with Poe's existing point system, allowing creators to avoid large API costs and potential downtime due to usage limits.

Users can develop a Poe App without programming knowledge via the App Creator, which utilizes Claude 3.7 Sonnet, or opt for full HTML and JavaScript customization if they have coding expertise. Poe Apps support a wide range of models, including advanced reasoning, multimodal text, image, video, and audio generation models from major players.

Currently available on the web, Poe Apps will soon extend to iOS and Android platforms. This is an early launch, and Poe Apps aim to offer creators expanded capabilities, including monetization opportunities, in the future.
