Rocky Linux 9.7 released with updated images and post-quantum security

Rocky Linux 9.7 is now generally available with refreshed installation media, containers, cloud, and live images. This release introduces major updates to cryptographic policies, including enhanced post-quantum cryptography support. Development toolchains receive significant upgrades, with the addition of GCC Toolset 15, GCC 15.1, Binutils 2.44, LLVM Toolset 20.1.8, and more.
