Raycast for Windows introduces export/import settings, boosts extension speed

Raycast for Windows version 0.39 introduces export and import commands for user settings and data, offering easier backup and restoration. The update also improves app startup speed, reduces RAM usage, and enables extensions to launch up to four times faster.

Developers also gain a new manage extensions command, and several bugs have been resolved.
