Raycast adds customizable fallback commands and new system control options

Raycast v0.40 introduces customizable fallback commands in the root search, allowing users to control which commands, quicklinks, and snippets are shown when no results are available. New system commands enable quitting all apps or hiding/quitting all except the frontmost, with support for exclusion lists.

The update also delivers wide-ranging improvements to clipboard history, snippets, extensions, system behavior, and numerous fixes across apps and search.
