Pangolin 1.13.0: secure private network access with new networking model

Fossorial Pangolin 1.13.0 debuts a new networking model, allowing user-device clients to connect securely to private network resources much like a VPN. The update introduces Private Resources, enabling admins to specify accessible hosts or subnets and includes features like magic DNS aliases for easy navigation. All existing Clients are now classified as Machine Clients, supporting automation and server use cases with the unified resource model.
