Clapper 0.10.0 moves core features to plugins and adds Lua enhancer support

Clapper 0.10.0 moves MPRIS, Server, and Discoverer features into enhancer plugins, which can now be configured via the Tweaks tab in preferences. The update introduces support for persistent configurable properties and allows loading enhancers written in Lua. New user features include GStreamer pipeline preview shortcuts, advance frame stepping, and improved drag-and-drop between windows.
