Helm 4.0.0 released with wasm plugin system and server side apply

Helm 4.0.0 has been released as the first stable version, introducing a redesigned plugin system with support for Web Assembly based plugins and server side apply. This update brings several workflow changes including breaking updates to CLI flags, output, and the SDK. Helm v4 maintains support for apiVersion v2 charts, but users are advised to test installations due to backward incompatibilities.
