CoMaps updates to November OSM data, drops Germany speed cameras

CoMaps now uses OpenStreetMap data as of November 4, enabled by a faster map generation server and enhances editing, search, and translation features. Support for speed cameras in Germany has been removed.

The release also adds UI and navigation upgrades on Android and iOS, and refreshes map visuals with new icons, colors, and details.
