Blocs 6.3 for Mac adds AI tools, global find & replace, new interaction manager, and more
Blocs for Mac 6.3 delivers a substantial update, introducing 40 new features to accelerate website creation for designers and developers. Addressing workflow speed and capability, this release integrates artificial intelligence to generate meta page and social card descriptions by analyzing the current page content. Building on these AI inclusions, the asset manager now supports Image Playground, allowing users to create or modify images directly using AI tools.
Another major upgrade enhances the find and replace utility. Its redesigned, more intuitive interface now enables consistent text replacement across an entire website. Additionally, the layer tree now supports folders, highlights the home page, synchronizes page ordering, and displays a new button when custom code is present on the page.
The interaction manager also sees major changes, with new options to focus specific form fields, toggle checkboxes, disable elements, and reset or submit forms through custom interactions. Accessibility sees improvement with the global alt tag feature in the asset manager, ensuring that alternative text for images can be set once and applied sitewide.
Additional updates include a year short code for copyright notices, added asset manager list layouts, new preview settings, enhanced WordPress theme tools, an upgraded Bootstrap 5 framework, usability refinements, and bug fixes.
