Blackmagic Camera 3.2 launches on Android with expanded streaming support & H.265 support

Three weeks after the release of Blackmagic Camera 3.2 for iOS, Android users can now access the latest version of this professional camera app too. This cross-platform update ensures that Android videographers have access to the same features introduced earlier on iOS.

Version 3.2 expands streaming options by adding support for custom live-streaming targets and enabling Secure Reliable Transport (SRT) streaming to third-party platforms. In addition, the release introduces H.265 codec support for live streams on compatible services, offering users more flexibility when broadcasting content.

Building on these streaming enhancements, the update also resolves calibration issues with the Zebra and False Color exposure tools. Alongside these fixes, users should notice general improvements in performance and stability. These changes aim to deliver a more reliable and accurate shooting experience on Android devices.
