Valkey 9.0 brings atomic slot migration, per-field hash expiry, and cluster databases

Valkey 9.0 introduces atomic slot migrations, allowing entire slots to move atomically between nodes and reducing performance issues previously caused by key-by-key migrations. The release also brings per-field hash expiration with new commands, enabling more granular data management. Numbered databases are now fully supported in cluster mode, improving data separation and cluster scalability.
