Thunderbird 144.0 adds security updates, bug fixes, and Flatpak SDK upgrade

Thunderbird Desktop version 144.0 introduces important security and visual improvements. The update also upgrades the Flatpak runtime to Freedesktop SDK 24.08, contributing to future compatibility. Fixes address email signing, certificate handling, calendar tasks, S/MIME and OpenPGP support, importing user profiles, and several workflow issues.
