PipeWire 1.4.9 fixes node unprepare bug and improves libcamera support

PipeWire 1.4.9 addresses a regression in node unprepare that previously left nodes running in error. The release also removes RestrictNamespaces from systemd files, restoring the ability for libcamera to load sandboxed IPA modules. Additional updates improve ALSA recovery and optimize headroom for SOF cards by setting it to the minimal period size.
