Opera Neon adds Google Veo 3.1 video generation

Opera Neon now supports Google's Veo 3.1 video generation model for all Founders program users. The update brings richer audio, support for multiple reference images, and improved control over video outputs. Users can access the new model by including 'use Veo' or 'use Google' in their video generation prompts within Neon Make.
