AnduinOS 1.4 debuts on Ubuntu 25.10, drops X11 and updates core apps

AnduinOS 1.4 is now built on Ubuntu 25.10, upgrading its base system to include GNOME 49, Linux kernel 6.17, and sudo-rs as the default privilege command. This release fully removes X11 support, standardizing the system display stack on Wayland. Additional updates include a new live USB option, new default apps, Firefox ESR as the standard browser, and branding changes reflecting the move to AnduinOS as a standalone platform.
