KDE releases Haruna 1.2.0 with new floating bottom toolbar for improved video playing

KDE has rolled out version 1.2.0 of Haruna, its open-source media player crafted with Qt/QML and libmpv. The latest release introduces a new footer style, featuring a floating footer/bottom toolbar that can be triggered in two ways: either on every mouse movement within the video area or only when the mouse is positioned in the lower part of the video area. This enhancement offers users greater customization options.

Additionally, Haruna 1.2.0 has transitioned its documentation from docbook to tooltips, streamlining information access. Another notable update is the ability to middle-click on a playlist to scroll directly to the currently playing item, enhancing user convenience.
