Apple Podcasts now available on the web for all major web browsers

Apple has expanded the accessibility of its Podcasts service by launching a web app compatible with major browsers including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. Available in over 170 countries, this new web version allows users to search, browse, and listen to podcasts directly in their browser. When signed in to their Apple account, users can also access their Up Next queue, library, and saved shows.

This move is particularly beneficial for users who own an iPhone but use a Windows or Linux laptop, providing seamless access to their podcast library across different devices via podcasts.apple.com. The introduction of the Podcasts web app follows last month's launch of the Apple Maps web app, adding to Apple's suite of web apps that already includes Apple Music and Apple TV.
