Proton Pass introduces Secure Links for sharing sensitive data with end-to-end encryption

Proton has introduced a new feature in its password manager, Proton Pass, enabling users to securely share items with anyone, regardless of whether the recipient uses Proton Pass. This feature, called Secure Links, allows users to generate unique, expirable links for logins, bank cards, notes, and other sensitive information, all while maintaining end-to-end encryption.

Secure Links can be managed from a central dashboard, giving users complete control over the items they have shared. The feature is initially available to Proton Visionary and Lifetime plan holders, with a broader rollout to all paid Proton Pass plans expected in the coming days.

To promote the new feature and other advanced functionalities, Proton is offering a year of Proton Pass Plus for $12 for a limited time.
