OpenShot 3.2.1 released with enhanced stability, various fixes, and smoother startup

OpenShot has rolled out version 3.2.1 of its video editing software, focusing on enhanced stability and smoother launches. This update addresses numerous bugs and prevents freezes on Windows, particularly fixing the background theme color issues in the preview/split clip dialog.

A significant change in this release is the refactored ThemeManager, improving thread safety and resolving Windows launch freezes. The main window display is now delayed until all themes are fully applied, optimizing the startup experience. Additionally, window geometry and state restoration have been fine-tuned to prevent glitches upon reopening the software.

Version 3.2.1 also tackles multiple Sentry issues, with specific fixes implemented. The deploy script has been updated to support partial deployments based on repository changes, and refreshed support files and documentation are included in this update.
