Nitrux 3.5.1 “nm” has been released, featuring the Linux Kernel 6.9.7. This update includes the NVIDIA Display Driver version 555.58.02, AMD Open Source Driver for Vulkan version 2024.Q2.3, and MESA 3D Graphics Library version 24.1.2.

The release also updates configurations for NetworkManager, the Calamares installer, and initramfs. Notably, the sysctl configuration has been adjusted to disable the NMI watchdog, reducing power usage by preventing unnecessary interrupts. The ISO size has been significantly reduced compared to previous versions. The desktop configuration now supports multitouch touchpads, and the release includes Firefox version 127.0.2. Various components have also been added and removed to optimize performance and usability.
