Meta's Threads celebrates first anniversary with custom icons

Threads, Meta's microblogging platform, has reached its first anniversary, boasting 175 million monthly active users. Launched amidst controversy around X (formerly Twitter), the platform has evolved significantly, now offering numerous features like a web version, built-in translation, and fediverse integration. To mark the occasion, Meta introduced custom icons designed by community members, available in the Threads app until July 2024.
