AWS unveils App Studio, an AI-powered tool for rapid enterprise app development

This service allows users to describe the application they need, specify its functions, and identify the data sources for integration. In minutes, App Studio will generate an application that would typically take a professional developer days to build.
App Studio offers a point-and-click interface for easy modifications, supplemented by a generative AI-powered assistant that provides immediate guidance for task completion. The service aims to democratize application development, enabling technical professionals without software development skills — such as IT project managers, data engineers, and enterprise architects — to quickly build secure, fully managed internal applications.
AWS App Studio is currently available in preview in the US West (Oregon) AWS Region.
