TiddlyWiki 5.3.4 released with new Tour and Geospatial plugins, and enhanced usability

TiddlyWiki, the open source wiki software and non-linear notebook, has rolled out its latest version, 5.3.4. This update introduces several new features aimed at enhancing user interaction and functionality. A notable addition is the new Tour plugin, which enables the creation and presentation of interactive learning tours. This plugin includes a Confetti plugin for animated bursts of confetti and enhancements to the Dynannotate plugin, allowing users to highlight screen elements with an animated spotlight effect.

Version 5.3.4 also introduces a Geospatial plugin, empowering non-developers to build sophisticated interactive geospatial applications. This plugin integrates various third-party libraries and online services, such as Leaflet.js, Turf.js, TravelTime, Flickr, and Open Location Code.

Additionally, the update introduces a $testcase widget that provides complete, self-contained interactive examples. These examples display output alongside a tabbed view of the constituent tiddlers that produce it. The release also includes improvements to translations, plugins, widgets, filters, and overall usability.
