Blackmagic Design brings advanced camera app to Android for easier collaboration

Nine months after launching its new camera app for iOS, Blackmagic Design has announced the release of Blackmagic Camera for Android. This extends the company's digital film features and controls to Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel phones. Leveraging the same operating system as Blackmagic Design’s award-winning digital film cameras, the app brings professional-grade tools to Android content creators, akin to those used in feature films, television, and documentaries.

Blackmagic Camera supports Blackmagic Cloud, enabling creators to collaborate and share media with multiple editors and colorists globally. The app allows shooting in 16:9 or vertical aspect ratios, featuring a stealth mode for shooting 16:9 while holding the phone vertically. It supports H.264 and H.265 formats with auto proxy generation and includes comprehensive camera controls such as frame rate, shutter speed, exposure, white balance, tint, and color space. Fully integrated with Blackmagic Cloud and DaVinci Resolve, Blackmagic Camera for Android is available now as a free download from the Google Play Store.

My Pixel says it is not compatible. I wonder if its because I am using GrapheneOS? First app I've ever tried to download that said that.
