Productivity app Raycast introduces AI image generation with DALL·E 3 for pro users

Raycast, the powerful productivity application designed for Mac users, has launched its 1.74.0 version with a significant new feature: AI image generation. This feature can be accessed within AI Chat or Quick AI, where users can prompt image generation by simply asking, “Generate an image of a cute little robot” (for example 🙃).

The new update supports image generation models including DALL·E 2 with GPT-3.5 Turbo, and DALL·E 3 with GPT-4, GPT-4 Turbo, and GPT-4o. However, it's important to note that this AI image generation capability is classified as a pro feature. To use it, users need to subscribe to either the $8 or $12 monthly plan.

In addition to AI image generation, the 1.74.0 version of Raycast also brings improvements in performance for navigating emojis, and it also resolves issues with the Next/Previous Desktop commands when full-screen apps are in between desktops.
